Quiet Nap does not require an account and does not collect, sell, or upload your personal data.

Nap history, sound choices, alarm choices, notification preferences, and other settings are stored locally on your device to show history and restore defaults.

If you delete the app, locally stored data is deleted with it.

Quiet Nap 1.0 does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or ad tracking.

Quiet Nap does not collect data from this app.

Notifications

Quiet Nap may request notification permission so it can remind you when a nap ends. Notification permission is managed by iOS and can be changed in the Settings app.
